Hand-held Digital Recorders Using a hand held digital recorder, record your dictations anytime, anywhere. Once it is recorded, transfer the file from the hand-held device, using the cable provided, into your computer and upload or email the audio files to us.
Each Doctor is allocated his or her own transcribers and an editor to work on the account every day. This ensures high quality as each transcriber is familiar with the Doctor’s requirement. Our system automatically logs the dictation and allocates the corresponding individual Doctor template.
Every transcript completed by our transcriber goes through a rigorous quality check. In this stage, each transcription is checked again word by word against the original dictation by an editor.
All files are checked for correctness, signed and delivered to the Doctor.
